SOFTWARE STREAMING
JBPS utilizes vMix Pro as our preferred software streaming solution. VMix allows for detailed and complex productions to be produced and executed by a single technician operator. vMix productions can be run from a single computer, and can host up to eight live presenters at a time. JBPS has a dedicated vMix setup in our studio that can also take in up to eight physical external sources, including Zoom/Teams, and PowerPoint/Graphics machines.
HARDWARE STREAMING
JBPS has a traditional hardware-style streaming setup available. This setup utilizes a Blackmagic Design 2ME HD production switcher at the heart of the operation. Able to take in up to 20 sources, this switcher allows for content to be mixed and for overlay elements and even pip window options for content. Content is then sent to any RTMP based streaming service via two Blackmagic Design Web Presenter HD units. We also have two Blackmagic Design HyperDeck HD Studio units for recording broadcasts.
The JBPS virtual studio also boasts two Microsoft PowerPoint computers, two Mitti video playback computers, and two Virtual Camera computers for capturing Zoom, Teams or similar software used for presenter capturing.
